The Food Colour paste by sugarflair colours are many times more concentrated than supermarket icing colourings. The professional pastes (sometimes also called gels) go a very long way and one 25g pot could easily last months or even years.

This strong Icing paste colourings can be used by adding a tiny amount to petal paste, flower paste, sugarpaste, marzipan, royal icing, fondant, roll out icing, white chocolate or buttercream.

Use a cocktail stick to apply the paste. This allows you to build up to the required shade. You can paint with Sugarflair Paste Colours by adding a little Rejuvenator Spirit or Dipping Solution. The Spectral Paste Food Colours are equally suitable for colouring sponge cake, mazipan, white chocolate, various other food and drinks.
