Description

The Jet Black icing is a perfect sugarpaste for covering your cakes. With this deep black icing you can create sugar decorations for your cupcakes, muffins and cakes. The fondant is a ready to roll out icing which is ideal for novelty cakes, modelling figures or sheeting. With this sugarpaste by Renshaw Regalice Professional makes icing your cakes so easy!

Renshaw Professional is a very well known and well respected brand of sugar paste. It has a light vanilla flavour and is ideal for cake covering and sugarcrafting as it will not crack or craze in simple or challenging shapes and designs. It has been designed to provide all the qualities an experienced sugarcrafter expects from a high performance sugar paste. Renshaw Professional is a very well known and well respected brand of roll-out fondant.

To cover a cake of approximately Ø 24cm-26cm you will need 500g sugarpaste.

How to use:
Knead until pliable and mould or roll out on a surface lightly dustet with icing sugar to desired thickness. Coloured RegalIce can be mixed with white fondant to makes lots of different shades. e.g. white + pink = pale pink, white + teddy bear brown = skintone, white + jetblack = grey.

All colours in the Renshaw Professional range comply with current European colour legislation and are made using non-hydrogenated fats. Jet Black roll-out icing is free from the Southampton 6 food colours and is azo free. Suitable for vegetarians.
